Start Your Recovery - $67
What's Inside
A 16-week, 3-stage progressive mobility & flexibility program
- Gentle Reawakening (Weeks 1 - 6)
- Progressive Mobility Building (Weeks 7 - 16)
- Long-Term Maintenance stage you keep for life
so you're never doing more than your recovery timeline supports
When your heart says go, but your body isn't sure how.
If you've been through a cardiac event, you already know the strange in-between place you're standing in: cleared by your doctor to move again, but with no clear map for how to move again, how much is safe, what your body can handle this week versus next month, and how to rebuild flexibility and mobility without accidentally overdoing it.
The Cardiac Flexibility & Mobility Recovery Program is that map.
Built from over 20 years of coaching people back to strength after major health events (including my own) this program gives you a structured, progressive path to rebuilding safe range of motion, mobility, and confidence in your body again, without guesswork.
Who This is For
- You've had a cardiac event (surgery, procedure, or diagnosis) and have been cleared for activity by your physician
- You want structure and confidence, not a generic printout from a discharge folder
- You're ready to move but nervous about doing it "wrong"
- You want a program built specifically for a cardiac-recovering body, not a fitness program with a disclaimer slapped on it
Who This Is Not For
- Anyone not yet cleared for physical activity by their physician
- Anyone looking for a high-intensity fitness program (that's not where you are yet, and that's okay)

the specific warning signs (chest pain, disproportionate shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness) built directly into the guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need my doctor's clearance before starting?
Yes. This program is designed for people already cleared for physical activity by their physician. It is not a substitute for medical guidance and does not replace your cardiac rehab team.
How long does the program take?
16 weeks across two active stages, plus a maintenance stage you keep using long-term. Each stage has its own weekly progression guide so you advance based on how your body responds, not a fixed calendar.
What if I don't have Excel?
The tracker and dashboard are built as Excel files. If you use Google Sheets, you can typically upload and convert an .xlsx file directly (File > Import in Sheets).
Is this the same as cardiac rehab?
No. This program is designed to complement, not replace, any cardiac rehab you're doing with your care team. Always follow your medical team's guidance first.
What if I need to stop partway through?
The program is self-paced and yours to keep, pause and resume anytime.
What You Will Walk Away With
By the end of the program, you'll have rebuilt a consistent movement practice, a much clearer sense of your own body's signals, and most importantly your confidence back. Not just cleared to move. Actually ready to.

Cardiac and Chronic Condition Content
Content addressing cardiac recovery, exercise following a cardiac event, or exercise physiology for individuals managing chronic conditions is based on general principles of exercise science and the founder's professional and personal experience. It is not individualized medical guidance. Exercise following a cardiac event or diagnosis carries inherent risk, and appropriate activity levels vary significantly based on individual medical history, current health status, and physician clearance. You should obtain clearance from your cardiologist or treating physician before beginning any exercise or mobility program offered by PDI, especially if you have a history of heart disease, recent cardiac surgery, or related conditions.
